Fitness Center

Located in the second level of the Pool House, our Fitness Center is designed for a balance of cardiovascular exercise and resistance/strength training.

The Fitness Center provides members with year round use of treadmills, stationary bikes, stair stepper and elliptical cardio machines with televisions. In addition you will find a complete selection of strength training equipment, smith machine, Olympic bench press and free weights.

Members can also look forward to enjoying steam showers and dry saunas conveniently located in each of the men’s and women's locker rooms. Children who are waiting can utilize the adjacent sitting room, equipped with large magnetic board, activity table, toys, books, TV and DVD player. This is also an ideal space for them to stay entertained while you workout.
