Forms may be turned in:
- Sunday, May 1, 2011 – 3-5 pm ~ 1st Swim & Dive Team Registrations
in the Grand Ballroom
- Thursday, May 5, 2011 – 6-7:30 pm ~ 2nd Swim & Dive Team
Registrations in the Grand Ballroom
Forms and fees must be turned in for each swim and dive team participant
no later than Friday, May 6th. If you are
unable to attend either of the two registrations dates above they may be
dropped off in the Membership Office or mailed to:
