The Signature Club :: Poolside Event Room

A popular venue for children’s birthday parties, the Poolside Event Room is available for private use at no cost to our members (not availble to non-members) during pool season. It is located to the left of the Men's Locker Room.

Reserving the area
First you must submit a Reservation Form to Alex Lennon, Poolside Event Room Coordinator. By communication with Alex, members may reserve the room in advance (minimum 3 day notice) on a first-come, first-serve basis, Monday through Friday from pool opening through 5:00 pm for two hours of use and have the area set up to accommodate your needs (tables & chairs for up to 30 people). You are welcome to bring your own decorations to make area festive! The birthday party host is responsible for clean-up of all decorations, plates, cups, etc. Items left behind are not the responsibility of the club.

Note: Prior to reserving the room, we recommend you take time to view the room so you have a visual of what type of table & chair set up can be done, along with helping you get ideas for party decorations you bring and decorate with.

Guest fees
Non-member guest(s) (children and adults) will require a guest fee for the day, however party passes do not count against your 15 passes available for purchase for the season. On days with inclement weather, guest passes are non-refundable as we have no control of the weather.

Special Food & Drink Options
Food and Drink orders must be pre-ordered through Alex with a minimum of 48 hours to date reserved. Payment of food is done directly through to the pool grill.

$3.00 per child, choice of:
     a) Grilled Cheese and Fries
     b) Hot Dog and Fries
     c) Chicken and Pasta
     d) Cheeseburger and Fries

Option #2:
     a) Large Cheese Pizza for $10.00
     b) Large Pepperoni Pizza for $12.00

Option #3:
     Urn of Lemonade for $5.00
