Exciting Details for 2012!

The Signature Club experience provides members with annual private club membership featuring some of the best facilities in Lexington! Our facilities are exquisite and the activities offer a wide variety of fun and relaxation for both adults and children. Being a member allows you to enjoy a variety of amenities, all within a very private setting. Memberships are limited in number to ensure that our members can enjoy the club without feeling overcrowded

At The Signature Club of Lansdowne, building community relationships in a fun and relaxing atmosphere is our commitment. Our goal is to ensure members and their guests will enjoy a high quality facility in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. A visit to the club will reveal many other advantages to club membership.


Annual Membership Dues
  • $2,000 Family Membership*
  • $1,800 Single Parent with 2 or more children*
  • $1,600 Single Parent with 1 child household*
  • $1,600 Couple*
  • $1,200 Single
  • $1,300 Senior Couple** (One adult 62 years+)
  • $900 Senior Single (62 years+)
  • $1,500 Non-Resident Family (lives locally part-time)
  • $1,000 Non-Resident Couple** (lives locally part-time)
  • $800 Non-Resident Single (lives locally part time)
Single members are required to be a minimum of 21 years old.

*Entitles the primary member, spouse and unmarried dependent children under the age of 27 (currently enrolled in school, over age 21 & older requires copy of Student’s School ID and Driver’s License) all living in the same household as the primary member the use of the Club’s facilities and programs. Any adult age 21 or older not a dependent, not in school and not living in primary member’s residence must pay a membership fee.

**A single parent with children meeting the requirements listed under “*” or two adults married, engaged, or otherwise romantically paired living in the same household (proof maybe required to prove same household).

All deposits/payments are non-refundable and apply to the year paid towards. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a membership for the next membership year.

Once balance is paid in full, membership will be activated.

Please take time to make yourself and your family members familiar with our Programs, Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations by exploring our website.
  1. "Invitation To Join" letter – please view prior to printing forms
  2. Membership Application – please print (must be turned in)
  3. General Release & Waiver – please print (must be turned in)
  4. Medical History & Health Habits Medical Disclosure Form – please print (must be turned in; must be complete for each person, adults & children)
  5. If Applicable: Unsupervised Childrens Form ages 12-17 (must be turned in each year for children ages 12-17 if parents wish for their child to have access to check in pool gates without parent)
  6. If Applicable: Referral Form – if you being referred by a current member
