A full range of group fitness classes for men and women of all ages and fitness
levels are available to members seven days a week for an additional fee. These
instructor lead classes held in either the Fitness Center (upstairs) or the
Fitness Studio (downstairs), are a great way to get in shape and meet other
members while having fun at the same time! So what are you waiting for? Join

Boot Camps

Description: A very unique class that energizes your entire day and
produces results on all body types, regardless of age/gender. These boot camps
are designed to burn 800-1000 calories during the class and speed up a residual
calorie burning for the next 48 hours. All accomplished by using resistance
equipment, all under aerobic duress, combined with isolated, plyometrics,
balancing and full body movements, and cardiovascular equipment. The Hybrid
Interval training method best describes this class with Guaranteed Results!

Pilates
Location: Fitness Studio Downstairs

Description: This class follows the principles of Pilates and you will
soon understand the powerhouse and learn how to connect to your
core. Strengthen the under worked muscles and let the over worked ones have a
break. Balances your body and mind. Great for improving posture and increases
flexibility. Spinal stability, range of motion, and scapular stability will be
increased. Leave class feeling lengthened and strengthened.
You'll want to bring a towel, water and your mat if you have one. The Studio
offers 12 yoga mats which are available on first- come, first-serve basis.
Power Vinyasa Yoga
Location: Fitness Studio Downstairs

Intermediate + Fitness Levels
60 minutes
Description: A challenging class of yoga posses which flow and unite
body and mind. For this class the studio is heated to 90 degrees. During the
class your focus will be on your breathing with movements using music to
encourage flow. The heated studio will detoxify, energize, and renew your body
and soul.
You'll want to bring a towel, water and your mat if you have one. The Studio
offers 12 yoga mats which are available on first- come, first-serve basis.
Signature Club Fusion
Location: Fitness Studio Downstairs

Intro to Yoga & Pilates/Beginner & Intermediate
60 minutes
Description: A cool, new electrifying class combing the best of yoga and
plates. Strengthen your core and lengthen your spine. Learn to breathe, balance
and sculpt your body. Every class will incorporate fun equipment and every
class will be different. Learn to use the magic circle, foam rollers, Pilate
core bands, stability balls, etc. This class is suitable for beginners through
the advanced student. Taught to music, 72 75 degrees, clear simple
instructions that will make you feel like a pro, this class will fly by. This
is your hour for gentle power. Come and enjoy with Mary Ellen. Please bring
water and a towel. Class will be preformed barefoot. All ages welcome.

Signature Club Pump

Description: Strengthens all major muscles in an inspiring, motivating,
choreographed class environment with fantastic music and endless energy. Simple
athletic moves such as squats, lunges, dead lifts, presses, push ups, cleans,
and curls. You will love your results while having fun & working hard
during this 60-minute class.

Zumba
Location: Fitness Studio Downstairs

Description: Zumba is a dance fitness class. It has lots of cardio along
with some squats to help tone legs and glutes. The class is full of energy
resulting in losing weight and feeling great. It was rated the hottest workout
in 2011!
