 The Signature Club Grand Ballroom is one of
Lexington’s favorite venue rentals, and is available to both members and
non-members. Whether planning a magical wedding reception or a finely tuned
business meeting, the Grand Ballroom will exceed your every expectation with
our exquisite facility designed to ensure an unforgettable affair.
The Grand Ballroom offers 4,000 square feet of flexible rental facilities,
located right in the heart of Lexington. Included standard with this versatile
banquet and reception hall is a 400 square foot marble dance floor,
wall-to-wall windows, and oversized French doors opening onto an elegant
terrace providing an additional 2,000 square feet for hosting guests outside.
The Grand Ballroom also offers a versatile space that can be closed off to
accommodate more intimate social affairs and small business meetings.
Business
Meetings: The Signature Club’s state-of-the-art conference
center is the ideal venue for training seminars, educational lunches,
presentations and conferences. A complete range of audio-visual services to
compliment your PowerPoint presentations along with high-speed wireless or
hard-wired Internet accessibility are available for your convenience when
leasing our facility.
Weddings: The Grand Ballroom is the premier local venue for celebrating
your special day, providing an elegant atmosphere rarely rivaled in Central
Kentucky. This banquet hall is one of the most versatile and flexible reception
venues in our area. Our staff will be more than happy to assist you in
answering any questions that you might have about our property or leasing our
facility.

Events:The Signature Club Grand Ballroom has something for
everyone; our meeting venue is available for corporate meetings of all sizes,
fundraisers, educational seminars, reunions, celebration parties, wedding
rehearsals or rehearsal dinners, holiday parties, birthday or anniversary
events, and so much more.
 With unrivaled amenity, very well planned
serving facilities, and priced very affordably, it’s easy to see why our
banquet facilities have become one of Lexington’s most requested venue
locations. Amenities of our venue include:

accommodate up to 250 seated guests or 500 standing
when incorporating the Terrace, which overlooks the
